    Devs commented on the charm that's dropping. Only 1 should drop currently, it's progression based for progression that doesn't exist yet.

    Dropped 'Happy Memento' for me. Unfortunately, the stats it shows on Alla/Lucy are nice, but for some reason when I equip it, all stats go away. Doesn't have any special requirements as to how to level it up or power it up.. I petitioned, will keep you guys updated!
