- Hail Rozz T`Ver (as indicated by

Gather reports from the queen's spies within the palace 0/3 (Neriak - Fourth Gate)
- Hail nervous guests inside, they will not speak until the guards by them are dead

Mingle with chatty nobles and gossiping guests 0/2 (Neriak - Fourth Gate)
- Open ornate chests around the palace, these are opened with Ornate Bone Keys which are looted off guards within the palace, inside of the chest are Fine Attires, you need its buff on you and get close to gossiping guests and chatty nobles

this task seems to be bugged ... the attire doesn't cast but yet when it does .. you don't get updates with the gossiping guests ..
