Zebuxoruk is the only thing in The Void. In the Call of the Forsaken version of The Void (H), he is used to give the first Partisan task for Neriak as well as various lore/text in other quests from talking to him.
This version is meant to be post-SoD and you can not get here via the old method from Plane of Time. The only way to get here is through Ethernere Tainted West Karana portal.
