Around 25% life she spawns 4 bone golems that are light blue to a lvl 100. If you have a caster merc set on high dps they will three shot each one (dont have much life).

Otherwise the dots are standard casts. Killed 3 times got the cloaks each time, 1 wrist, and 1 spell (lvl 100 Necro RK II Tap)
