Walkthrough:

Do what is necessary to send Lendiniara home 0/1 (The Void)

Phase 1 - You may pick any of the 4 rifts you wish to go to and do them in any order, once all 4 rifts are closed you will pass this Phase.

Qeynos Claymore Rift (as indicated by on the map) - This rift will spawn Grundehl, Grundehl casts Outlast, Repel and Withstand. Clicking on the Qeynos Claymore will drop his Defensive Buffs and block their reuse for 45 seconds. Killing Grundehl will close this rift.

Selo's Drum Rift (as indicated by on the map) - This rift will spawn Skirth Rippers, they cast Scent of Blood and Claw. Clicking the Selo's Drum will remove Scent of Blood and prevent its use for 45 seconds. Killing each will drop the rift by 10%.

Scroll of G`han Rift (as indicated by on the map) - This will spawn Borleoth, Borleoth casts Subversive Healing and Defiling Discharge. Every 15 seconds Borleoth will check the damage you have done, if it is >8% he casts Lesser Heal, if it is >15% he casts Greater Heal. Clicking the Scroll will prevent his healing for 45 seconds. Killing Borleoth closes the rift.

Ro's Flame Rift (as indicated by on the map) - This will spawn Gehein Soulcrushers. Clicking the Flame will remove Mirrored Skin and block them from using it for 45 seconds. Killing each will drop the rift by 10%.

Phase 2 - 45 seconds after the Rifts are closed, Zebuxoruk attacks. He casts Cyclonic Sickle, Wasting and Imprison. When he reaches 30% after some lore he will de-aggro.

Phase 3 - Lanys T`Vyl attacks. She casts Swordplay Technique I, II, III, IV, Lifescourge, Lifesap, Fires of Hatred and Voidcast, when she reaches 1% the event is won.

The current write-up shows level 85 is required. However, I just tried to request this with a level 92 in group and got the system message, "You can not be assigned this shared task because your party's level spread is too high". Once I disbanded the level 92, I was able to get this mission, so it appears as if the required level is above 92, possibly 95.
